This workshop offers a safe space to talk about sex and sexuality and to explore the overlap between sexual and mental health. Students will learn some research on sexual health, as well as ways to tend to their mental health that will help their sexual health.

This workshop is designed to help students understand and overcome feelings of self-doubt and “not belonging.” Participants will learn what imposter syndrome is, identify their own thought patterns, and practice using tools such as cognitive reframing, self-compassion, and competence logging. Through brief activities and discussion, students will leave with evidence-based strategies to build confidence, reduce self-criticism, and feel more grounded in their abilities.

Do you ever feel like different versions of you are battling for control? One part wants to get work done, another wants to nap, another wants connection, and another just wants to shut down. In this workshop, you’ll explore your inner ‘parts’ to better understand why you react the way you do and how they influence stress, emotions, and decision-making. You’ll learn simple skills to calm emotional overwhelm and work with your parts instead of against them.

This workshop offers a supportive space to explore intuitive eating, an evidence-based approach that encourages listening to your body, rejecting diet culture, and fostering a positive connection with food.

This interactive session teaches three grounding techniques that can reduce anxiety, depression, and dissociation in just two minutes. You’ll explore the neuroscience behind each method and practice them throughout the workshop so you can discover which technique works best for your body. By the end, you’ll have simple, effective tools you can use anytime to lower your baseline stress and increase your everyday sense of calm.

This workshop offers guidance on creating a plan for approaching finals with clarity and confidence. We will review time and priority management, coping with test anxiety, and dealing with unhelpful thoughts and emotions related to academic performance.
