Upperman’s Excellence Project is designed to emphasize the academic retention, persistence, and success of first year undergraduate students at UNCW.
Through intentional, holistic support the program seeks to promote academic success, retain students, and see them through graduation. This program helps students adjust to academic expectations of college courses, engage in academic planning, and gain access to various college resources.
Excellence Project Mentors help students navigate the university while creating social experiences and opportunities for scholarship and achievement. Contact us to learn more about the program!
