Leadership
The UNCW Leadership Academy is a comprehensive training program for organizational employees who are or aspire to be in leadership roles.
This program is customized to the needs of the organization and can be offered at your facility or virtually. Participants who successfully complete the program are awarded a Certificate of Completion and an open badge in Leadership from UNCW. This 60 hour, 15 topic program is facilitated by the same UNCW faculty you will find in the campus classroom.
