Instructor Kimberly McLaughlin-Smith
Kimberly brings two decades of experience driving positive change focusing on awareness. As a UNCW Learning and Development Specialist, Kimberly spearheads initiatives and develops programs that help transform organizational culture, and cultivate connections between various groups. Kimberly is a seasoned facilitator, educator, and State Certified Lead Employee Mediator. She actively engages with all levels of leadership and gives all voices a platform for collaboration.
Kimberly also provides a 4-hour generational awareness workshop as part of our Leadership Academy.
