You can use dining hall swipes and food dollars at dining venues throughout campus. Treat friends or guests with meal swipes or food dollars. In a hurry? Order through the Grubhub app and pick it up.

Faculty/staff meal plans have no expiration date.

Where Can I Use My Meal Plan?

UNCW faculty and staff have their own meal plan to help them make the most of our dining hall and food services.

Dining Hall Swipes may be used at Wagoner Dining Hall, The Shore Dining Hall, and Dub's Café in the Warwick Center. Each dining hall swipe features you all-you-care-to-eat at these locations.

Food Dollars may be used for any food item at any dining location on campus, including all retail locations (such as Chick-fil-A, Subway, Mooyah, Hawk's Nest, Starbucks, etc.), Market 47 convenience stores, vending machines, and food trucks.

Eligibility & Payment Options

All UNCW faculty and staff members (full-time or part-time), retired UNCW faculty and staff members and UNCW on-campus partners (Barnes & Noble, Defender, etc.) are eligible.

Payment Options

  • UNCW faculty and staff members paid on the end-of-month payroll can pay for their meal plan through payroll deduction, cash, check or credit card.
    • Faculty and staff having a current payroll deduction for a previously purchased meal plan may not sign up for an additional meal plan, using payroll deduction, until it is satisfied. They may use cash, credit card or check to pay for the additional meal plan purchase.
  • UNCW faculty and staff members paid on the mid-month schedule can pay for their meal plan by cash, check or credit card.
  • UNCW on-campus partners (Barnes & Noble, Defender, etc.) can pay for their meal plan by cash, check or credit card.

Using Your Plan with GrubHub

How to Sign up for UNCW Dining on Grubhub

  • Download Grubhub and create a new account or sign in if you already have Grubhub downloaded
  • On your account page, select settings (gear icon) at the top right
  • In your settings, click on Campus Dining
  • Select University of North Carolina Wilmington and your school affiliation
  • Add campus card (UNCW One Card) or go directly to the list of on-campus venues that accept Grubhub orders

Campus Payment Methods on Grubhub:

  • Select Meal Swipe Menu when ordering to use Faculty/Staff dining hall swipes at Wagoner Hall, The Shore, or Dub's Cafe.
  • Select Regular Menu when ordering to use Food Dollars or Seahawk Buck$ (retail locations).
