Community Engagement and Talent Development Manager

Tiffany Erichsen has been designing and developing innovative training solutions for the healthcare workforce since 2017. With Master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Administration, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Evaluation, and Prosci Change Practitioner certification, she draws on adult learning principles and change theories to maximize engagement and sustain impact. As a Program Manager in CHHS, she has spearheaded initiatives such as the ARPA Workforce Development Project, MentorCHHS, and Leadership Academies. A National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer, and 2020 WILMA Women to Watch Finalist, Tiffany is dedicated to empowering professionals and training students for interprofessional collaborative practice.
