We heard your feedback and we’re making faculty and staff profile management easier and more efficient. Starting June 1, we are introducing dynamic updates to the Faculty and Staff Profile Module. Select profile information that pulls directly from Human Resources and Banner will automatically update profile pages through a nightly update process.
One Update. Everywhere.
This enhancement means there is no longer a need to manually push Human Resources and Banner changes to your profile page. After your information is updated in Banner, changes should appear on your profile within 24 hours.
The goal is simple: more accurate information across the university website with less manual maintenance.
Your Profile Still Needs You
While these fields now update automatically, faculty and staff members are still responsible for maintaining the overall content of their professional profile pages and ensuring accessibility standards are met.
