Maintenance Weekend March 6 (5 p.m.) to March 9 (8 a.m.)

From March 6 (5 p.m.) to March 9 (8 a.m.), as part of our pre-approved maintenance schedule, we will conduct maintenance work on various campus systems. These windows allow ITS to patch and upgrade UNCW systems, which are required to keep our systems and data secure and highly available.

The Chancellor’s calendar committee approves Maintenance windows three years in advance. The dates selected are intended to minimize impact to the campus and allow for proper planning by the campus. 

How This Affects You: 

• All systems and services are subject to intermittent interruptions during the maintenance window due to patching and reboots. 
• Banner will be upgraded.
• Network disruptions are anticipated from 6-7 a.m. on March 7.
• Canvas and UNCW email will not be affected.
