AV Media Rate Adjustments: What to Know
To continue providing high-quality AV Media services to the campus community, we will be adjusting our rates starting July 1, 2025, for the first time since 2014.
This update reflects the rising costs of equipment, support, and operations over the past decade. Even with the new rates, our pricing remains lower than that of other AV service providers in our area.
This adjustment will help us maintain the reliable, professional service you expect while ensuring we can support the growing needs of the campus.
