Explore the impact of unspoken peer pressure through AI-generated images in our 'Photovoice' style presentation. We use Adobe Spark to capture complex emotions and perspectives that traditional methods can't. All images are supported by scientific findings, which will be discussed in detail.
2:05 p.m. | When Tech Turns Dark: The Dangerous Intersection of Technology and Stalking

Uncover how evolving technology can be misused by stalkers to harass and monitor their targets. This presentation examines common tactics, trends in misuse on campus and in the community, and how technology can also be leveraged to combat and prevent stalking and interpersonal violence. Attendees will gain insights into the link between technology and stalking, current trends, and available safety resources.
2:40 p.m. | The Dark Reflection: Understanding How Social Media Negatively Impacts Adolescence Body Image

This presentation examines the negative impact of social media on adolescent body image using AI-generated images. We'll highlight the contrast between idealized portrayals and reality, discussing the emotional and psychological effects such as anxiety and low self-esteem. Real-life examples and a comparative analysis will be presented through an interactive PowerPoint.
