  • Dial “1” from the lectern phone for support.
  • Support is available from 7:45 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Most issues can be resolved over the phone, so you can get back to teaching quickly. For more complex issues, an expert will be on-site within 15 minutes.

Take classroom interaction to the next level with our Student Response Systems: Top Hat and Turning Technologies. These tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office and Canvas.

Zoom to Success with Our Distance Ed Support

If you teach or host events in Distance Education (DE) classrooms, we’re here to help. Our DE Services team supports over 120 specialized Distance Ed classrooms on campus, many of which have advanced features like multiple cameras and enhanced audio.

Technical support is free for academic classes or programs in these spaces. We're here to help ensure your teaching and events run smoothly and successfully!
