UNCW Full-Scale Redesign

We are excited to announce that the new uncw.edu website launched on May 19, 2023. This redesign marks a significant milestone for UNCW as it is the first major overhaul of our website. We hope the new design will enhance the user experience for our students, faculty, staff, and the wider community. We welcome any feedback and suggestions for further improvements.

myUNCW

UNCW's website includes a helpful new section called “myUNCW.” While the target audiences for the university website are externally focused, myUNCW is tailored to meet the needs of current students, faculty and staff. It is intended to be a one-stop location that our internal audiences can bookmark to support their daily business needs. For content managers’ convenience, most sites live or have a corresponding folder in myUNCW where content that is specifically targeted to internal audiences will be housed. myUNCW is not behind authentication, nor will it require a login to access the content.  

Examples of myUNCW content include: 

  • Internal announcements and featured stories 
  • Resources for current students and employees  
  • Advising information  
  • Meeting minutes 
  • Forms and requirements for current students 
  • Finance information (other than student accounts) 
  • HR information (other than jobseekers' info)

If you're a faculty, staff or student or part of a student organization at UNCW, you can get web space on either the uncwpeople or uncwstudent servers. Learn more about requesting a site on these servers and access instructions.
