Thank you for your interest in leading a summer or short-term education abroad program and for your efforts toward the greater internationalization of UNCW.

All faculty-led, credit-bearing programs involving UNCW students abroad must be approved by the Office of Education Abroad after review by the International Programs Advisory Committee (IPAC).

Process

Deadline	Programs with travel associated with:
Wednesday, January 15, 2025	Fall 2025 (late proposal submissions)
Wednesday, April 3, 2024	Spring 2025 or Summer 2025
Wednesday, September 4, 2024	Spring 2025 or Summer 2025 (late proposal submissions), and Fall 2025

Please note that program leaders who submit their program proposals by the preferred deadlines (not late deadlines) are eligible to receive a program leader stipend. In order to receive the stipend the program leader's name and information must be included in the originally submitted proposal, the program must recruit enough students to run, and the program leader must physically go on the program.
