Curriculum Management

Faculty & Staff Resources

Curriculog is UNCW’s online curriculum management system for all programs, course, certificate requests or changes (undergraduate, graduate and doctoral). It is directly connected to the university’s online catalog editor, Acalog.

Use your UNCW credentials to log into Curriculog.
Curriculog is open for faculty proposals for the 2024-25 academic catalog. The deadline for originators to launch and approve all proposals is Oct. 1, 2023

BEGIN A PROPOSAL

Here are step-by-step instructions to begin a new proposal:
  • Click "New Proposal" at the top
  • Select the appropriate form from the alphabetical list
  • There are 10 forms on each page
  • Click "Next 10" at the bottom of the page if you don't see the form you need
  • Once you find the intended form, click the check mark at the far right
  • Some of the forms require an import of the course or program you are revising
  • Enter the prefix and number (code) or the program name you wish to revise
  • Select the appropriate course of program then click the icon to the right
  • Scroll down and click "Build Proposal"

ADD DOCUMENTATION

You can add documentation such as email correspondence, Screen shots from a catalog search, a syllabus, or other supporting information by clicking the paperclip icon on the right and uploading the files from your desktop or external hard drive.

FINALIZE

  • Click "Validate and Launch" once you are finished with your edits
  • You must approve your form to move it on to the next step
  • Click on the check mark icon to the right
  • Choose "Approve"
  • Click "Make My Decision"
You will not be able to edit your proposal AFTER it has moved from your step.

The following forms are needed to complete various proposals. Information on which document is required is located at the top of each Curriculog proposal.
