We have several access levels available. Please complete the One Card Access Form so that we receive all the necessary information to ensure that you are added to the correct one.
How do I have a PIN code setup for door access in case I forget my One Card?
Please note: PIN codes will not work on every card reader as some have been setup to be card access only.

Do you need swag for new employees, visitors, or others?
To be proactive in the upkeep of the inventory for swag, please fill out the Swag Request Form. This will help us prepare the right items in a timely manner for your audience.
I’ve been asked to drive a golf cart, what do I need to do to be allowed to drive one?
Training must be completed to drive a golf cart.
Faculty/Staff:
If you do not have access, please send an email to BCST at bcst@uncw.edu and ask to be added to the system. Be sure to include your 850#.
Once the training has been completed, please send copies of your certificates to bcst@uncw.edu. We will then add you to the list of individuals eligible to drive a golf cart.
I would like to use a golf cart, how do I request the use of one?
Email bcst@uncw.edu providing the date and time that the golf cart is needed with as much notice as possible.
At the time and date of your request, stop by the BCST Office in Veterans Hall 3539 to pick up the keys. Please return them to the office when you have completed your use.
Do you or your office need to relocate or replace furniture? Would you like to purchase new furniture? Do you have furniture or equipment to surplus?
If you need to move furniture between offices, surplus items, or would like to order new furniture, please fill out the Furniture Request Form.
Please note: To purchase new furniture, BCST will coordinate receiving the quote and getting items ordered through KI, UNCW’s furniture vendor.
How do I report technology or equipment issues?
If you’re having trouble with a campus computer, phone, or printer, please submit a help ticket on the TAC website (uncw.edu/tac).
If you need a loaner laptop while your computer is being serviced, contact the BCST via email (bcst@uncw.edu), or visit the BCST office (Veterans Hall 3539).
If you’re having issues with other equipment in classrooms and labs within CHHS, please complete the Equipment Help Form.
How do I ask to move or borrow CHHS equipment?

What do I do if my office or classroom is low on personal protective equipment (PPE) supplies?

How do I print directly to the printer within my office or office suite?
BCST will work with IT to request a service technician stop by your office to help connect your device to the printer that you are trying to print to. Please fill out the Direct Print Access Form to ensure that we have the necessary information to submit our request to ITS.
How do I print to the large copier in the work room?
BCST manages the iPrint access for all iPrint copiers within CHHS managed spaces. Please fill out the iPrint Access Request Form to ensure we have the necessary information to submit our request to ITS.
