This interactive seminar will take place on Zoom. There will be a link to join in the Outlook invitation you receive from the Onboarding Center. If it's your first time using Zoom, we recommend taking the following steps prior to the seminar:
- If possible*, please plan to join using a laptop with microphone and camera capabilities – online seminars work best when we can see and hear everyone!
- Make sure you’ll be in a place with reliable internet access.
- Check to make sure that your computer system is adequate by running a Zoom test call. This can also help you proactively fix any technical difficulties you may encounter.
- Join the Zoom class on time so that we can have a prompt start and take advantage of our entire time together.
*If you don’t have a microphone and/or camera, or you don’t have a laptop you can use, then please try one of the following alternatives:
- Join the meeting through the Zoom app on your cell phone, OR
- Join the meeting from your computer and call the phone number listed in the Outlook invitation so that you can fully participate.
