Academics Heading Banner

UNCW in Italy engages students in hands-on learning in a variety of academic areas. This is a great location for students to complete their University Studies requirements while also being able to explore Southern Italy. Students can study archaeology while visiting Pompeii, examine tourism through the lens of Italian food and geography, learn about volcanoes while visiting Mt. Vesuvius, and learn about Italian art by viewing the work of Italian masters. All courses are taught in English (except for the Italian language and literature courses) and UNCW in Italy even offers customized internship opportunities!

Courses are facilitated through the Sant'Anna Institute and all updated course offerings can be found on their website.
