Hiring Process for EHRA Non-Faculty Positions

Overview

  • Search committees are used to screen and review candidate pools
  • Search committee gains access to review qualifications of all candidates following the passing of the priority consideration date
  • Search committee will reach out to selected candidates for follow up, likely with phone interviews, followed by on-campus interviews for selected candidates
