FAQs

What can I expect during the initial 60-minute meeting?

During this meeting, you'll work with a member of the Employee Leadership, Learning & Engagement team to collaboratively create your customized plan for this signature program. This includes setting goals and milestones, identifying helpful resources and support network, and determining the reflection method (written, verbal, etc.) best for you.

What are the requirements for the reflection journal entries?

The specific requirements for your reflection journals will be determined during your initial meeting. For example, some participants choose to complete written journal entries while others prefer verbal reflections recorded in a voice-recording or video app. These reflection journals do NOT need to be submitted; they are completed using the honor system.

What is required for the final reflection?

Your final reflection should evaluate your successes, challenges, and future goals in relation to goals you set in the initial meeting. The exact deadline and specific requirements (i.e. length, format) will be established during your initial meeting. Your final reflection will be delivered during the reflection meeting.

Who tracks my progress?
