Option 1: Honors College Information Sessions

On select afternoons/evenings in the fall and spring semester, the Honors College at UNCW will host information sessions for interested students. The Honors Director, Dr. Shawn Bingham, will provide an overview of the college and answer questions. You'll also hear from a panel of current students in Honors about their experiences.

Option 2: Individual Visits

UNCW has a superior visitation program through our Office of Admissions, which includes tours led by current students.

Additionally, we're happy to coordinate individual virtual meetings between Honors College staff and prospective students. You will meet with either our Director, Associate Director, or Student Services Specialist (possibly all of them at once), and, if you like, with a current Honors student who can talk about their experiences.

In this meeting, you'll learn more about how the Honors College can impact your personal college experience and what we have to offer; it's also an opportunity to ask questions.

Option 3: Pre-Recorded Info Session

If you can't make a scheduled info session and prefer not to set up a one-on-one, check out the below 30 minute overview video, recorded by Honors staff for the Fall 2020 UNCW Open house. If you watch this video and are left with questions, consider signing up for an individual visit or a scheduled live Info Session.
