Course Evaluations with IDEA Center and Campus Labs

Information for Students

What To Expect and What To Do

  • All evaluations will be done online
  • You will receive notification, via email from UNCW Course Evals, on November 25th that courses are open for evaluation
  • Follow the instructions carefully and conscientiously--the results are important for improving instruction and for fair evaluations
  • If you have questions about the instrument, ask your instructor--you may want to ask if it will be administered during regular class time
  • Be sure to complete the evaluations by the last day of classes, December 4th

IDEA focuses on your learning relative to the objectives of the course and provides feedback to the faculty on instructional strategies, allowing you to play a role in improving the learning experience for students at UNCW. Find out more below.
