QENO, Sarah Fletcher Daniels: Introducing QENO’s New Model for Nonprofit Capacity Building and Tracking Outcomes QENO’s new Governance-Leadership-Management (GLM) model for nonprofit capacity building is designed to increase an organization’s effectiveness and sustainability. The model centers on the use of an annual calendar that delegates administrative tasks among the Board of Directors and executive staff, creating clear roles and responsibilities. By streamlining organizational administration and creating more accountability, the GLM model allows nonprofits to focus their efforts on activities related to program evaluation, advocacy, and collaboration. This workshop will help the UNCW community partner with locally-based nonprofits in ways that better reflect and support their organizational capacity - both the limitations and potential.
