Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?

A: Please email campusdining@uncw.edu so that they may prepare accordingly.

Q: Can I get to-go meals if I don’t have a meal plan?

A: If you are currently living on campus, and have the All Access Meal Plan you are able to take full advantage of the take-out options offered by Campus Dining at the Madeline Suite entrance located on the north side of Wagoner Dining.  You may also pay by credit card or food dollars if you do not have the All Access Plan.

Q: Why do I have an All Access plan now when I signed up for a Block plan?

A: There are no retail locations open through the end of the semester, including C-Stores. As a consequence, we have converted all Block 115, 75, and 35 plans to All Access plans (for students that are currently living on-campus) that allow you to take full advantage of the to-go options offered by Campus Dining at the Madeline Suite entrance.

Q: Am I being charged for the new All Access meal plan?

A: For students who have been allowed to remain in University Housing and have one of the All Access Plans, you will automatically remain on the All Access Plan. For students who had the Block 115, 75, and 35, your plan will be automatically converted to the All Access Plan starting Monday, March 23rd at no additional charge.

For students who had the Spring Semester Hawk 600 or 400 Food Dollar plan or who had no meal plan, you will be contacted by phone or email starting Monday morning, March 23rd to discuss your meal plan options or email us at campusdining@uncw.edu.

Please know the new All Access plan will allow you to take full advantage of the meals to-go options offered by Campus Dining utilizing the Madeline Suite entrance (located on the north side of Wagoner Dining).

Q: What should I do if I lose my One Card?

A: The One Card Office, located in Warwick Center, will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. You may also report your One Card lost online at uncw.edu/onecard. Please email onecard@uncw.edu if you have any questions or contact UPD to obtain a temporary card that will allow you access to your assigned housing building until the One Card Office is open. If you have the new All Access Meal Plan you may still dine by giving your full name and student ID number when placing and picking up your order.  Or you may pay by credit card or food dollars.

Q: What if I lose my One Card on a day that the office is not open?

A: You may contact UPD to obtain a temporary card that will allow you access to your assigned housing building. We request that you acquire a replacement One Card when the Auxiliary Services/ONE CARD office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. If you have the new All Access Meal Plan you may still dine by giving your full name and student ID number when placing and picking up your order or pay by credit card or use food dollars.

Q: Will I have to pay for the temporary/replacement card if I lose my One Card?

A: You will not be charged for the temporary or replacement One Card during this time. The One Card Office will be waiving this fee but is encouraging students to be exceptionally mindful of where their One Card is at all times.
