Are you looking to reserve space in Warwick, Burney, the Student Center or the Union? The Events and Reservations office can help you find the right location, provide the technical support appropriate for your needs, and connect you with the resources to ensure a successful event.

The Events and Reservations office has moved, combining the Conferences, Events and Reservations operation in one office, 102 Warwick Center.  Amanda Johnson, Assistant Director of Reservations, Scheduling & Event Planning and Stephanie Barry, Reservations Coordinator, are now located in the Warwick Center Suite 102. 

Our campus mailbox number is now 5614 and our fax number has changed to 910-962-3096.  Stop by and visit us in our new location!

Online Reservations The Campus Reservations System provides facility information as well as the ability to submit new room requests and manage existing reservations.
Event Planning Guide The Event Planning Guide is your roadmap to planning a successful event on campus at UNCW. Often the first question is "Where do I begin?" Start here and if you have questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
Catering Catering is provided on campus by UNCW Campus Dining. Whether your event requires casual refreshment, elegant dining, or budget friendly snacks UNCW Campus Dining provides exceptional options to suit all needs.
Avaliable Spaces From meeting spaces to ballrooms or theaters to game rooms, we have a plethora of venues to fit your event needs. Campus Life Facility Room & AV Fees are available here.
