Larry provides leadership and direction for the Campus Life department including Campus Activities and Involvement; Campus Life Arts and Programs; Campus Life Facilities and Business Operations; Conferences, Events, and Reservations; and Student Media. Larry served as the Associate Director for Residence Life for eight years prior to assuming leadership of Campus Life and has been at UNCW since July 2003.
Arts and Programs
Stefanie supervises and provides leadership for the unit responsible for co-curricular programming and student involvement opportunities. Stefanie leads Campus Life efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion training and programming and designing and creating High Impact Practices and co-curricular learning opportunities in the Union setting. Stefanie has been at UNCW since June of 2010.

Assistant Director
The Assistant Director is responsible for coordinating co-curricular programming to include the Leadership Lecture Series, the Lost & Found Concert Series, Keepin’ it Reel Documentary Series, and other Campus Life programming. This position serves as the Boseman Art Gallery's curator, and is responsible for Art for the Masses. Also, the Assistant Director provides leadership for programming designed to engage and enhance the experience of graduate students.

ACE Program Coordinator
Andrea oversees 275+ registered student organizations, manages the Involvement Center, supervises the Involvement Specialists staff, and serves as the primary point of contact for WaveLink, the student organization management database used throughout campus. She coordinates the annual Student Organization Leadership Awards, re-registration seminars, the annual registration process for all student organizations, and convenes the Student Organizations Committee. Andrea has been working professionally at UNCW since 2014.
Darion coordinates Fall into the Dub, UNCW’s fall welcome period, and Welcome Back programming. Darion is responsible for campus traditions such as Beach Blast, Involvement Carnivals, and Fall Fest. In addition, Darion provides leadership for and the UNCWeekends program and supervises the program interns. Darion has been at UNCW since 2019.
Conferences, Events, and Reservations
Amélie oversees the business and event operations for the conferences, events, and reservations that take place in the Campus Life facilities. In addition, she brokers UNCW campus services to off-campus constituents. Amélie serves as the system administrator for the campus scheduling system, EMS. Amélie has been working at UNCW since December 2010.

Assistant Director of Events & Scheduling

Samantha is responsible for the oversight of the Reservation & Event Services Office and the scheduling of Campus Life facilities including the coordination of event planning/management support. She is also responsible for university training and on-boarding for the Event Management System (EMS), the university scheduling software.
Steph serves as the main contact for external clients to host events in Campus Life facilities and other university spaces. She coordinates summer housing for on and off-campus groups as well as manages the university's summer intern housing program. Lastly, she creates brand recognition through marketing CER services through multiple platforms. Steph has been working at UNCW since February 2018.
Provides technical support for the Conferences, Events, and Reservations unit and aids in the supervision, mentorship, and training of student production technicians. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the usage of audio-visual equipment in Campus Life facilities, coordination of student technician work assignments, equipment maintenance and repair, system troubleshooting, and the creation, maintenance, and implementation of instructional material for faculty and staff utilizing event spaces.

Reservations Coordinator
The Reservations Coordinator facilitates the scheduling of all Campus Life spaces and trains students, faculty, and staff on the use of the Campus Reservation System. This position assists with event planning, management, and support.

Oversees the Event Staff responsible for the venue setup, event management, and technical support for events taking place in the Fisher Student Center, Fisher University Union, Amphitheater, Warwick Center, and Burney Center.

Facilities and Business Operations

Director of Facilities and Operations
The Director supervises the facility and business operations team and oversees all departmental business operations including assisting the Executive Director and departmental Directors with budgetary and purchasing needs. As well, the director oversees the facility needs of the Fisher Student, Burney Center, Fisher University Union, and Warwick Center including capital improvements, maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
Curtis oversees the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the Campus Life facilities including daily inspections, floor care, painting, and maintaining inventories. Additional responsibilities include the use of AIM to coordinate Physical Plant work requests, vinyl sign making, and the programming of the Campus Clock Tower. Curtis has been in Campus Life since 2007.

Oversees the business operations of the department by processing staff purchasing and travel. Additionally, assists in the Campus Life student employee onboarding process, manages student employee payroll, and manages the Campus Life administrative office.

This position oversees the general maintenance and operations in the Campus Life facilities, including the Fisher Student Center, the Fisher University Union, the Warwick Center, the Burney Center, the University Commons and Amphitheater. In addition, supervises the student employee building manager, information center, and facility assistant teams.

Business Operations Coordinator
Justin supports the business operations of the department by processing student purchasing and travel requests and works closely with the Student Government Association (SGA) Treasurer and Appropriations Committee. He also works with UNCW student organizations. Justin has been at UNCW since August 2014 and started in Campus Life in December 2021.
Student Media
Bill works with the talented students who run The Seahawk newspaper (UNCW's longest-running publication), Atlantis magazine, TealTV, Hawkstream Radio, and Flicker Film Society. For these student organizations, he provides advising, training, logistical support, and budgetary oversight. Bill has previously worked in book publishing, newspaper and magazine journalism, public radio, and as a part-time musician. He holds an MFA from UNCW and joined Student Media in 1998.
