Leasing Services
The Leasing Services Office handles property management and contract administration on behalf of the University and its Associated Entities. Services include leasing, onboarding procedures for tenants and their employees, processing invoices, submitting work orders, maintaining current Certificates of Liability Insurance and other required documentation.
We collaborate with university staff in the Office of Facilities (Physical Plant and Project Management), Environmental Health & Safety, Security, IT, Business Affairs, and General Counsel.
NC General Statutes which govern University real property transactions, including acquisition and disposition by lease, require varying levels of approval.
