Online Accelerated Programs (OAP)

Your program is referred to as an Accelerated Program. You will automatically receive an enrollment deposit upon acceptance.

UNCW Email

  • UNCW Email Account:
    • Active 2 business days after acceptance.
    • UNCW email is considered the official method of communication.
    • Your UNCW email account will be deactivated and deleted from the system if you do not attend the session/term of acceptance. Important stored data should be saved out to an alternate source.

Helpful Information

  • Registration:
    • The enrollment deposit is automatically waived.
    • The first advising notification will be sent to the email address supplied within your graduate application. Afterwards, the UNCW email account becomes the official form of communication.
    • Your advisor will register you for courses. 
    • Updates/Deferments are not permitted. You must reapply if you are unable to attend the session that you were admitted.
  • Questions while awaiting advising?
  • Advising Appointments:
    • Advising typically takes place 6 weeks before your start date.
