The Neuroscience and Behavior concentration is a 36-credit hour program designed to prepare students for subsequent entry into doctoral programs in neuroscience, behavioral neuroscience and related domains.
Courses are usually completed within two years, and students focus on academic psychology and research. Graduates of this concentration are not eligible to practice psychology but frequently go on for doctoral study in clinical, neuroscience, behavioral neuroscience and other related areas. Some are researchers, administrators and college-level psychology instructors.
