General Business Option

Concentrations

This General Business option is strictly for nontraditional students who are unable to satisfy the requirements of the other business concentrations because of their full-time occupation. They may, with prior approval of the Dean’s Office, select seven three-credit hour CSB undergraduate courses numbered 300 and above.

A grade of C- or better is required in the 21 hours of coursework approved for this option. Students who pursue this option may not complete a second concentration.

What Will You Learn?

Students will learn the foundational knowledge of business and be able to choose from a variety of topics of study including management information systems, human resources management, and accounting. They can utilize this knowledge to propel their career path or leap into a new role.
