Nextgen Postdoctoral Partnership

The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) and the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCA&T) have partnered to bring opportunities for recent doctoral graduates on each campus to continue their advanced training and career pursuits.

Up to three postdoctoral positions on each campus will be offered each year to doctoral graduates from the preceding three years.  Each postdoctoral position comes with a competitive salary, benefits package, and institutional support for research and travel.

Additional support may be provided by the home department. Each NextGen Postdoctoral Fellow will have the opportunity to work and learn at the partner institution and then potentially transition, following a competitive search, to a tenure-track position at the partner institution where they completed the fellowship.
