The Chancellor, or his or her designee, shall establish policies and standards for criminal background checks, performance, attendance, conduct for students, and for the general operation of DCVPA.
The Advisory Board shall provide advice, input, and recommendations as regards policies.
Since DCVPA is a part of UNCW, the employees, students, and operation of the DCVPA are subject to UNCW’s policies unless in conflict with a specific DCVPA policy or state law or regulation, and then only to the extent that it is in conflict.
