Become a Partner
Thank you for your interest in joining STEM SENC. We are a group of partners from the following counties*:
- Bladen
- Brunswick
- Columbus
- Cumberland
- Duplin
- Harnett
- Hoke
- New Hanover
- Onslow
- Pender
- Robeson
- Sampson

What are the benefits to participating?
Partners collaborate and share resources to:
- Design STEM learning opportunities that reflect the reality of young people's lives;
- Equip STEM education to understand the multiple learning contexts of young people and successfully lead them in active, collaborative and rigorous learning; and
- Actively engage youth in STEM to prepare them for their futures.
Partners have access to the STEM SENC listserv, Facebook group, and newsletters, as well as resources from the STEM Learning Ecosystems Community of Practice (e.g.; discussion boards, practice groups, conferences, and webinars).
What are the commitments?
Joining STEM SENC is free, but for our work to succeed, partners must actively engage with other stakeholders with a common vision. Some examples include participating in meetings (e.g., partner meetings, steering committee, working groups), collaborating on programs or proposals, and sharing resources (e.g., information, opportunities, resources, time).
To become a partner or supporter of STEM SENC, please email stemsenc@uncw.edu with your name, title, mailing address, and organization. We will send you a confirmation email and add you to our listserv and distribution list so that you receive all of the latest STEM SENC news.
