Management

The Management Department of the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington offers concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Business Development, Human Resource Management, and Management and Leadership. It also offers a minor in Small Business and Social Entrepreneurship for non business majors.

The department is actively involved in the International Business option, the International MBA, the Online Executive MBA, Online MBA, and the Master of Science in Accountancy.  Students are encouraged to join one of the several active professional student clubs.

Entrepreneurship Minor

The Minor in Small Business and Social Entrepreneurship prepares non-business students to engage in entrepreneurial activities related to their major.  The minor is well suited to students in the arts, sciences, social sciences and health and human services who may want to start or support a small business or a social entrepreneurship venture after graduation. Students in this minor will learn the essential skills involved in establishing and managing a small business venture in the non-profit or for-profit sectors.

The department is involved in the various MBA offerings and supports MBA specializations in Entrepreneurship, Human Resources and International Business. We also take pride in offering an International MBA as well as a Human Resource Management Certification.
