How to Apply for Admission

  1. Prospective UNCW students: Apply for a Pre-Major through UNCW's Admission Office
  2. Pre-Major students: Apply through the myCSB Portal at the direction of an Academic Advisor
  3. Current UNCW students seeking to change majors: Declare Pre-Business through mySeaport's Declaration of Major system

 

Courses Required for Admission to CSB

To be formally admitted to the Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration, a student must meet each of the following admission requirements:

  1. Complete the Admission Courses with a C- or better
  2. Earn a minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA at UNCW
  3. Earn Sophomore standing with 30+ credit hours
  4. Earn Residency of 12 credit hours through UNCW in CSB coursework (can include courses listed above)

To be formally admitted to the Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics, a student must meet each of the following admission requirements:

  1. Complete the Admission Courses with a C- or better
  2. Earn a minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA at UNCW
  3. Earn Sophomore standing with 30+ credit hours
  4. Earn Residency of 12 credit hours through UNCW
