Southeastern NC Regional Health Collaborative

It is the vision of the SENCRHC for residents in Southeastern NC to be actively engaged in healthy lifestyles. The Center for Health communities is providing critical backbone functions that provide the guidance, coordination and communication required to maintain an effective collaborative. These functions include facilitation of the regional diabetes network and implementation of a region-wide health intervention through the Kids in Parks program.
