UNCW Wilmington Campus and Onslow Extension Site Graduations
Onslow extension students have the option of graduating from the UNCW main campus in Wilmington, at the Extension Site in Jacksonville, or at both locations!
Wilmington Campus

Onslow Extension Site
MCB Camp Lejeune holds a special graduation ceremony each year to recognize the accomplishments of all students who have completed degree programs offered by the colleges and universities located aboad Camp Lejeune. Students that graduate in Fall or Spring are permitted to participate in the Onslow Extension Graduation. Please note that only students classified as “Extension Students” with the main campus will be listed in the Onslow Extension graduation program.
- The Spring 2013 graduation will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday May 31, 2013 at the Base Theater aboard MCB Camp Lejeune.
- If you would like to participate in the 18th Annual Commanding Officer's Graduation Ceremony, please complete the Camp Lejeune Graduation Reservation Form no later than Friday, May 3, 2013.

Regalia (Cap & Gown): Graduation candidates are provided caps, gowns, and master’s degree hoods at no additional charge. Extension Students may pre order their cap and gown by email and pick them up when the UNCW bookstore comes to Coastal Carolina Community College (BT 101) on May 2.
In order to preorder the appropriate cap and gown for the May pickup, you need to email Marcus Dawson at the UNCW Bookstore at dawsonm@uncw.edu by Friday, April 26 with the following information:
- your first and last name
- student ID number (850 number)
- height
- indicate if you are an undergraduate or graduate student
- explain you are an Extension Student
Information on Degrees with Distinction/Honor Cords and Honor Society Cords will be emailed to students in mid-March.
UNCW Graduation Deadlines & Application (All Locations)
In order to graduate from UNCW (main campus or extension), you must fill out a graduation application. You will not receive a diploma unless you complete the application. The deadline to submit your undergraduate application is as follows:

Please Note: Graduate students must apply for graduation by filling out a form through the Graduate School.
Diplomas
Undergraduate and graduate diplomas will be mailed from the Office of the Registrar to the graduate's permanent address within eight weeks of Commencement. Review and edit your permanent address on SeaNet or in the Office of the Registrar.
