Academic Advisor – Transfer Students, University College

The University College at UNCW seeks a professional academic advisor. This advisor will provide academic advising and support to an advising load of 150 - 200 students during the time they are served by University College. The advisor will be expected to provide accurate, current curricular information to assist students in academic program planning and goal clarification, with a concentration on undeclared transfer students and students in transition between majors or pre-majors.
The position requires a master’s degree and experience working in a university environment. Advising experience, experience with SCT Banner, and fluency in Spanish are strongly preferred.
