Mark Morgan to Serve as Interim Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities
Mark Morgan has been appointed to serve as Interim Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities pending a national search for a candidate to fill the position. Mark currently serves as Director of Architectural and Construction Services. This appointment comes after Bob Fraser, Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities, announced his plans to retire at the end of February. In naming Morgan to the interim role, Rick Whitfield, Vice Chancellor for Business Affairs, said: "Mark is a great resource to UNCW, and I have every confidence in his ability to continue progress on the work that Bob Fraser has begun and outlined for organizational assessment, team building, customer service, employee engagement and efficiency of operations. I want to express my appreciation to Bob for his service to UNCW and his many contributions during his tenure here."
