Transfer Orientation Refund Request Deadlines

All refunds must be received in writing to transitions@uncw.edu. No refunds will be granted after the deadline. 

May 18 – Refund request deadline is May 10
June 1 – Refund request deadline is May 24
June 28 – Refund request deadline is June 14

All refund requests must include: 

  • Student's name
  • Student ID number (#850)
  • What your refund is for (i.e. student no longer attending UNCW etc.) 

A refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for the original payment. A refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for the original payment within 10-12 days. 

No longer planning to attend UNCW?
Students no longer planning on attending must notify the Admissions Office to cancel their admission and can do so through the applicant status portal. Students who have on-campus housing must notify Housing and Residence Life in writing to cancel housing arrangements.
