Qualtrics to Replace Select Survey as UNCW's Survey Platform

In March of 2022, UNCW began moving away from the Select Survey tool to streamline survey support into a single Qualtrics service. With most of our campus users already transitioned, we are excited to announce that Qualtrics is now our primary university-supported survey platform. DocuSign and Microsoft Forms are also available if you use Select Survey to collect information.

If you are a current Qualtrics user and do not use Select Survey, there is nothing you need to do. If you still use Select Survey, please keep reading for important deadlines and help with migration.

Deadlines for Select Survey Users

Please remember the following important dates as we transition from Select Survey to Qualtrics.

• May 15, 2023 – Users cannot create new surveys after this date. You will still have access to edit and maintain your existing surveys.
• Jan. 1, 2024 – Users can no longer access Select Survey. If needed, ensure you save survey data before this date.

Moving Surveys From Select Survey to Another Solution

Unfortunately, there is no automated process for migrating Select Survey forms. So, users must recreate their surveys in Qualtrics, DocuSign, or Microsoft Forms.
