Banner & Oracle Maintenance
Planned for Jan. 6-7

ITS will be performing system maintenance and required year-end regulatory patching on Banner/Seanet and the campus Oracle infrastructure. Maintenance will begin at 5 p.m., Friday, Jan. 6, and end at 10 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 7.

How this affects you:

On Friday, Jan. 6, from 5 to 10 p.m. 

• All Oracle-based systems will be unavailable as maintenance work is completed. 
• This includes Banner/Seanet, DegreeWorks, RMS/Mercury, Telesoft, etc. 
• Canvas and UNCW email will not be affected.

On Friday, Jan. 6, from 10 p.m. to Saturday, Jan. 7 at 10 p.m.

• Banner/Seanet will be patched. 
• Canvas and UNCW email will not be affected.
