IMPORTANT: ITS Maintenance & Downtime on May 21 & May 22

ITS has scheduled maintenance on Saturday, May 21 beginning at 8 a.m. and ending by 5 p.m. and on Sunday, May 22 starting at 8 a.m. and ending by 11 a.m. These windows will allow ITS the opportunity to perform critical infrastructure maintenance. Please plan accordingly, as there will be a period when we are offline.

How this affects you:

On Saturday, May 21, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• Internet access for on-campus users, including access to resources like SeaNet and campus email, will be unavailable for the duration of this maintenance window.
• On-campus users will be able to access some resources on UNCW’s campus network, such as the Emergency Dashboard and several Randall library resources.
• Off-campus users will not be able to access any resources on UNCW’s campus network, including Horizon and VPN services during this time.
• Calls to and from University Police dispatch, campus-to-campus calling and campus voicemail will be unaffected by this outage. Any calls from campus phones calling offsite and offsite calling to campus phones will not work for the duration of this maintenance window.

On Sunday, May 22, from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m.

• All users will be unable to access resources in our Oracle environment, including Banner, SeaNet, Reporting Services and RMS for the duration of the maintenance window.
