Free Adobe Acrobat Training!

Need to brush up on your Adobe Acrobat skills? Here’s a great opportunity to do so. ITS is excited to announce that Adobe has created a three-part, on demand, Skill Builder series that UNCW students, faculty and staff can take for free. You can enroll in individual sessions or choose to sign up for the whole series. Each session is approximately one hour long.

The Sessions:

  • Go Digital: Intro to Acrobat Document Cloud (DC) & its companion mobile apps
    • Create and Combine PDFs from Microsoft Office and Adobe apps
    • Optimize PDF to ensure scanned files are searchable and your PDFs are optimized for Web
    • Convert documents, receipts, and more to PDFs using Adobe Scan and Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile apps
  • Stay Digital: Edit, review, and sign PDF files
    • Edit and Organize PDFs
    • Provide feedback using Share and Review 
    • Fill and Sign a document yourself
  • Get Work Done: Advanced document tasks in Acrobat DC
    • Secure PDFs 
    • Compare two versions of a PDF 
    • Forms 101
