Successful Adobe Challenge

November, 2019

Recently at UNCW, Adobe presented the Adobe ProDOCtivity Challenge, a fun interactive, hands-on experience where participants were able to learn how Document Cloud enables them to be more productive, eliminate their document pain points and learn about Adobe Acrobat DC. Tami Mansur, of ITS, coordinated with Adobe to facilitate this event which took place on October 10 and was well attended by faculty and staff.

The event included 3 informative sessions throughout the day which were followed by optional office hours for open questions. The sessions, which took place in the Teaching Lab, were taught by Anna Zhang from Adobe. Twenty-eight people attended the first session (Getting started with Acrobat DC); 26 people attended the second session (Work Anywhere with Acrobat DC and Office 365); and 38 people attended the third session (Creating Forms in Acrobat DC).

The feedback was very positive. “I was very excited to have a workshop offered on campus that was also a very useful tool to help us move forward technologically,” commented one of the attendees. “Thank you so much for organizing it. It's much appreciated.”
