Joseph P. Quinlan, Managing Director & Head of Market Strategy, Bank of America

Joseph Quinlan is managing director and head of market strategy supporting Bank of America Private Bank and Merrill for the Chief Investment Office within Bank of America Corporation. In this role, Joe leads a team responsible for global market analysis and thematic research in support of the asset allocation and portfolio construction across the wealth management business. Joe provides economic and market insights, guiding overall investment strategy, both domestically and globally.

Nathan Snell, Chief Innovation Officer, nCino

Nathan Snell brings a breadth of technology experience and expertise to nCino as a founding team member. As chief innovation officer, he leads the vision and evolution of the Bank Operating System. Prior to nCino, he served as lead software product management at Live Oak Bank, ran engineering for a number of startups, and was a digital strategy consultant for companies such as the New York Times and Redbox. He earned his bachelor of science in entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Abigail has inspired leaders in prominent corporations across multiple industries. She often speaks on business transformation, personal development, organizational change and diversity. Abigail’s passion for global consulting is born out of her life and educational experiences on three continents, namely Africa, Europe, and America. Abigail attended Harvard University, where she received a B.A. and M.Ed. in Psychology. She also completed an intensive consultant training program, and is a certified Emotional Intelligence Consultant.
