This online program provides leadership essentials for new and aspiring nurse leaders to take on jobs such as Nurse Manager, Administrative Coordinator, and Coordinator through an excellent e-learning experience. Participants go through the 10 modules in a cohort over five weeks. You need to devote three hours a week to the course.

This interactive leadership development experience will engage participants in videos, online discussions, and self-assessments. Highlights include participating in a course-long case study on fictional Swain Hospital located in a rural part of Southeastern NC. Learn from nursing professionals as well as business leaders who can provide insight to the innerworkings of the industry. Correspond and interact with nursing peers during the online 5-week course.
