Successful teamwork can result in the group's performance being greater than the sum of the individual member's performances. What differentiates a 'team' from other groups is the successful interaction and cooperation between team members who share and coordinate their experiences, skills, knowledge corporate values and aspirations. The interactive program provides the participants with an opportunity to learn more about one's own self as a person so as to become more competent in interpersonal relationships, and learn how our perceptions and feelings affect and are affected by others. These sessions focus on identifying and facilitating methods of interpersonal communication and teamwork that directly transfer into positive outcomes in the workforce.
