This highly interactive, virtual workshop was held February thru April 2021. We introduced participants to the organizational agility review process focused on actions taken by their organizations in dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic. Participants gained insights about how their organization demonstrated agility during 2020 and prepared plans to apply agility to future organizational disruptions. Each participant also completed an individual leadership agility self-assessment to identify their personal leadership agility strengths and challenges and apply that knowledge to business disruptions. We look forward to our next workshop and will have more details for participants soon.

Live virtual sessions for groups will run 9-11:30 A.M.

Number of groups per program is limited to 5. Each organization can send up to 5 participants.

Cost to attend: $5,000

*For the best outcome, group of participants should be from the same organization, in order to work on an action plan for their organization.
  • Learn an After-Action Agility process that will help develop and apply leadership agility to how individuals responded to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
  • Prepare for future organizational disruptions.
  • Update or create individual development plans based on a leadership self-assessment specifically designed to measure leadership agility.
  • Identify actions and plans that their organization can take to minimize agility gaps in its response to the pandemic as well as in preparing for future changes.
  • Develop leaders who can directly apply agility to disruptions their organizations need to address post COVID-19.
  • Participants will be able to pass on tools and techniques for helping your organization become more agile.
