This highly interactive, virtual workshop will introduce participants to the organizational agility review process focused on actions taken by their organizations in dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic. Participants will gain insights about how their organization demonstrated agility during 2020 and will prepare plans to apply agility to future organizational disruptions. Each participant will also complete an individual leadership agility self-assessment to identify their personal leadership agility strengths and challenges and apply that knowledge to business disruptions.

Richard Walsh serves as director of UNCW’s Swain Center for Executive Education. He brings over 25 years of experience in leadership, transformation and executive coaching. He supports leaders from across the globe on moving from crisis to opportunity.
Richard draws upon his experience at AT&T, GE and IBM as well as at the top-ranked Center for Creative Leadership. Educated at Northeastern, Harvard and Augsburg, he and his wife currently live in Wilmington, NC.
