E-Billing & Charges

TealTicket Logo

Charges you incur at UNCW will be readily available for you to view using your mySeaPort/E-Bill account.

About a month prior to the due date for each term, Student Accounts will create E-Bill statements listing all charges such as tuition and fees, room and board, parking, meal plans, etc. and previous payments (textbooks are not included - you must pay for textbooks out of pocket). Students and authorized users will receive an e-mail letting you know when the statement is available. You can also opt-in to receive a text message.

You will need to log in to mySeaPort/E-Bill to view charges and make your payment by the due date to avoid class cancellation. If you are receiving financial aid and fulfilled the necessary requirements of your aid, the amounts should be reflected on your E-bill statement.

For tuition and fee amounts and other Frequently Asked Questions, visit the Student Accounts website at

Tutorials are also available to provide step-by-step help with E-bill.

Authorized Users

Students can share their student account and billing information with others - parents, grandparents, etc. To do so, students need to login to E-Bill and click the 'Authorized Users' tab at the top of the screen. Authorized Users will receive via email their own password for E-bill access. All students and authorized users will receive an email each time a bill is uploaded and have the ability to pay online.

FERPA is the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and is a federal law that was enacted in 1974. FERPA protects the privacy of student education records. All educational institutions that receive federal funding must comply with FERPA.FERPA prohibits the University from releasing specific student account information to anyone other than the student without the student’s authorization. Student account information can only be provided to individuals that are set up as an Authorized User in E-bill.

4. Go green! No paper, ink, and envelopes necessary.
