*This will be the LAST meeting of the semester! Our guest speaker will be Tommy Andrew, A UNCW Alumni and the former SOC/CRM club president! Tommy went through BLET and spent some time working for WPD, before transitioning into insurance adjusting! Tommy will be sharing about his life after college and how the club helped him make connections, while getting to see different professions in the Sociology and Criminology field.

Guest speaker, Dr. Jacob Day! Dr. Day is the Graduate Program Director, an Assistant Professor of Criminology and he is in charge of the Criminal Justice practicum here at UNCW.

The UNCW Sociology and Criminology Club serves to increase the awareness of criminal justice and sociological issues and concerns among the students of this university. As a service to students of this university, the club makes a commitment to provide information on and accessibility to career opportunities in the field of Criminal Justice and Sociology. The main focuses of the organization are career, community, and campus life.
